The 7th – 8th Grade spring season starts Monday, March 21st.
GEAR
Here is a basic list of required gear.
UNIFORMS
We will be using the same uniforms as last year. If you do not have one you will need to purchase one for $85. The uniforms include a jersey, shorts, shooter shirt and socks.
PRACTICES

| Cost: | Early Bird Price $225 Regular Price after February 21st $250 And a yearly US Lacrosse Membership for $30. $25 sibling discount to be used after your first player use code “sibling”. |

Tectonic Strength & Conditioning
In addition to Winter LAX on Saturdays, Avino Academy on Prune Hill, NOW you can join Strength & Conditioning classes at Tectonic.
This is for middle and high school aged kids, not necessarily sport specific. Coach Erica will be coaching as well as her highly qualified co-coach, Grant. Every movement can be scaled to the individual’s skill level, no experience necessary.
